We want you to love every item you purchase from Orvinox. If you’re not completely satisfied — whether due to damage or simply a change of mind — we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered by mail.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No extra window for return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase
  • Must not be damaged or altered by the customer

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Contact us at support@orvinox.com if you'd like an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Haven’t received it yet? Please check with your bank, then contact us if needed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items
  • We cover return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

You’ll receive return instructions within 1 business day.
